Correct, but it wasn't always like that. I suspect many of us were raised in a time when K-12 was also structured in liberal arts, and was relatively decent, compared to today's standards. Am I alone in this, or are my suspicions correct? That was my experience, at least. My own interests are spread broadly across almost every topic, though philosophy and computer science are my main loves. |
