Is "koko" also a slang for being crazy/unstable/insane in English, or is it just in Scandinavian languages this sounds a bit funny?

Koko is a character from the operetta The Mikado by Gilbert and Sullivan. He is a death row convict appointed to be executioner.
I think the word you're looking for is "cuckoo".
Ah, so spelled differently in English, but still the same sound.
I read KoKo as ‘Koh Koh’, not ‘Koo Koo’.

Still, in retrospect - definitely a bad naming choice for a service like this.

Actually, My first impression was of a friendly panda or even Baymax from Big Hero 6.
