Actions workflows aren't being triggered for my team and I suspect webhook delivery is failing too.

This is day 4 in a row - I feel for the team. :( Hope they are doing well. They have the backing of Microsoft though so chin up gang they can weather the storm.

Looks like their database choked due to the load: https://github.blog/2022-03-23-an-update-on-recent-service-d... With a single primary taking all the writes for that cluster, it would be tricky to tackle this. #hugops

If you read the status pages you'll see GH actions is under scheduled maintenance from 12 to 1630.
