Because those points are key to whether the technology can (or is worthwhile to) be evolved further. Is a dog that just holds conversations without any understanding what we want, or do we want the dog to eventually take on more interesting tasks? Can we get there with this method or not? How much effort would it take? Technology that can only make you go ooh and ahh is pretty useless. |
