Today I learned that there is another type of pigs-in-blankets.

To me pigs-in-blanket are sausages wrapped in bacon, not in bread/pastry.

For me, it was always a pancake wrapped around a breakfast sausage.

Took me about 20 years to learn that it wasn't the most common definition. It was just something served by the breakfast place my parents took me when I was little.
