I had an issue yesterday where Comcast forced me to go through their chatbot before I could speak to a human. That drove me crazy, because what I wanted to do I couldn't do on their website at all. There needs to be some kind of escape hatch where you can get through to a real person. Companies that do stuff like this just make me want to stop dealing with them altogether. |
