Given Google have made their TPUs for machine learning and Tensor processors for phones it may be possible they are investigating it. AMD is killing it though from the server side so it's hard to justify your own CPUs right now.

Nothing them is stopping GPC from buying Ampere servers and renting time on them. AWS made a great move in the space to get ahead of it, but there are totally viable commercial options: https://amperecomputing.com/
