Hi, I've read Voss' "Never Split the Difference". But I do not recommend it. I found it manipulative in a subtle but sleazy way. Also, the FBI bravado was a tad too much for me. At best, my rating of it is: "an okay airport read". Voss mainly uses ideas from Kahneman's Thinking, Fast and Slow. You're better off reading Kahneman in this case. |
