I'm a little thrown. The term "residency" , the openness of the problem set and the description of the deliverable (publishing) make it sound academic largess. However, it seems unclear how IP rights are determined. It seems strange that that's not mentioned at all in the FAQs. I went back on forth if the goal was to apply existing techniques to unexplored problems or discover new techniques. |
