Do you use periods in your email address? For Gmail the email "myemail@gmail.com" is interchangeable with "my.email@gmail.com". Some services that rely on simple email auth do not make the same distinction (Such as Slack). You may have signed up with periods and are attempting to restore access to a non-period address. |
