Google for Startups Cloud Program now only for funded startups

Google added a new eligibility requirement to apply for the Google for Startups Cloud Program[0] : "Your startup has received verifiable pre-seed to Series A equity funding, and if Series A, raised within 1 year of applying to the program.", which is a real shame for bootstrapped startups wanting to use GCP.

Cant see anyone who would be a fan of this, this is a massive problem for bootstrapped startups, The onlu alternative is then AWS Activate then.
