Ultimately, what I'm looking for is a "suggestion box". But I don't want to dump it into say HubSpot. I'd like it to be spam free but also, as much as possible, anonymous.

I'm sure I could come up with something myself (for WordPress). But given the nature of a anon suggestion box a 3rd party might be better.
