From the Wikipedia article I linked, here is just one of the sources which states that the EU issued a report stating that "organ trafficking did take place on a limited scale by a few individuals". I am not moving the goal posts. Hashim Thaci intimidated witnesses who were supposed to testify in the organ trafficking trial.
