Do you remember when you were a child and something held your fascination so tightly and deeply that you snapped out of a trance many hours later?

Look for that thing that you can dive into. Then block out the other things. Noise cancelling headphones, blocked out calendar, phone on silent, meal prep, wfh. Treat your time and attention as a limit and precious resource. Agency is a wonderful thing.

Hmmm, I have some research and I found out that Adderall maybe a choice? What do you think?
i haven't used it, hear it works for some people. my chemistry probably would not mix well with it in my system.

you may find longer lasting results cutting out bad habits, bad people, bad food, bad information, etc.
