So I think the only people who are going to be uploading to your site, as opposed to any much more popular website, would be OF creators that spam their low-quality teasers everywhere. You have to remember that this type of filtering DEMOLISHED the traffic going to PH, and they are in the same position - every single video is a sliced up teaser. Not only this, but the idea that all the actors "approving" the videos means anything on the basis of consent is not entirely accurate. Sure, it may weed out GirlsDoPorn type situations, but no matter what it will not be perfect. The only way to create a fully consensual service is to limit it to hentai only, which is targeting a different demo than what you want here.

Also, how do you plan on making any money? Scam ads are popular on these sites because they actually pay the bills, and are the advertisers willing to have content on here. And without tracking any user data, you have no way to monetize via that route. So how will you make the money necessary to keep the website alive?

Thank you for taking the time to give feedback. You're right with the teasers, a lot of content creators use it to promote their OF etc. It's a great way for them to monetize their content though. I disagree with your take on consensual content: if all accounts are personal ones, that means that all content was intended to be shared by the creators. When working with studios, actors sign away their rights. This is not the case here. Monetization will be a problem to tackle, but is not an issue right now.
I think that you might have to tackle this problem sooner rather than later. I don't know, I either see one of two things happening:

Either you don't become big, and everything stays "teaser-only" - which isn't much better than the dump that is modern nsfw reddit

Or you do become big, and monetization becomes not a "problem to tackle", but an absolute necessity to stay alive. I could be wrong though - I'm not going to pretend like I know what's best. I can only give my opinion.

We don't know yet either ;) All I can say is that the team is dedicated to developing a great user-centric alternative to the current state of the industry products. There will always be room for improvement. Let's see.
And thanks again for your take on this. Your opinion is valued!
No problem. Tried it for a few minutes now that I have the chance, and a few immediate pain points:

- No APK install, it's a web app - so unlike many other apps I still have the navigation at the bottom all the time.

- The options for straight, gay, etc should be the first thing you see, or something you see after your first few swipes.

- It took exactly 2 videos after I configured that option to see a video about being at a protest that was as far away from pornography as possible. That type of stuff should not be allowed.

- It stops scrolling after 4 videos!!! This one is really major.

Hope this feedback helps.

And one more thing... you are doing yourself a monumental disservice making the process invite only. I saw the teaser problem being bad when I made the comment, but wow... there is no porn here. What it ends up being is a glorified Twitter feed of a lot of different onlyfans girls. And a porn app that is neither porn nor an app is not a good product. Allow user submissions, keep track of likes, and make it an app - the content will improve dramatically.

Sorry if this is harsh, but I don't think I will be using this site again in the future if it stays like this.
