You need to read the license, which grants you certain rights to the software to see what you're being granted and what you're not getting. In nearly every license, very specifically says that it's not supported and you're entirely on your own if you decide to use it. If you need a higher level of assurance, you need to pay for support. Either from the author(s) if they are interested, or from third party companies who provide support for that library, if any exist. |
