Confused by this too. I assumed some Racket:Next was some Russian raquetball something-or-other.

Russians PLAY it, but it was MADE in Tel Aviv. And it definitely IS a "something-or-other" Thanks for commenting.

Being HN, my first thought was some Nextjs for Racket language :). But the sanction bit didn't fit that.
