All of Seattle is overrun with homelessness, because most of the ~11,000 homeless people in King County live here, and less than half of them are sheltered. But no, 99.9% of Seattle does not look like the block bounded by 2nd, 3rd, Pike, and Pine. Or like Pioneer square. |
