This is interesting. I'm currently on £150k in the UK working for a startup (non-VC backed, just an owner with very deep pockets) and have an ownership stake vesting in 3yrs. Like you, i'm trying to weigh up the risk of staying (minimal salary raises for 3yrs) and get the equity or bail for an offer at £175k. UK market is extremely hot right now. |
