None of the things you mention are required or in some cases even connected to .net or c#. Azure - is not required to run .net, and .net is not required to use azure. Sql server - has no advantage on .net than any other wellknown database. windows net containers - Not sure what you are talking about here but if you use containers, docker linux containers are the default choice. visual studio premium - As the article mentions there are many alternatives here. For example Jetbrains Rider or VS Code. dev/test subscription/reservations/devoos - Maybe you are talking about Azure devops. But this is in no way required by .net. office 365 - Has no whatsoever connection to .net other than being developed by MS. |
