This is normal. The US maintains multiple radio stations (for going on 75 years) that do not broadcast in the US. They often broadcast stuff that Americans would be shocked to hear, like: https://www.haaretz.com/us-news/u-s-government-broadcaster-a... I think the reason historically here is that there is a prohibition on the CIA disseminating propaganda in the US, IIRC. |
