This equally applies to “internet”. Agree, lots of fraud. Scams. Tricks traps and hacks. But there is something you are missing here. Bitcoin is mined using specialty hardware, it has no impact on consumer electronics. A lot of these concerns are leveled at ethereum. Bitcoin should be thought of as a fundamental value exchange protocol for the internet. We don’t blame TCP/IP for internet scams. |
