I like everything you posted except the Black Huel part. I checked out the link but began to think: come on, isn't there something "natural" instead of adding some commercial powder to a meal/smoothie? My instinct is, substitute a raw egg for Black Huel but I am probably missing something since I am just dipping my toe into this whole thing. (Great topic, BTW, I was just getting concerned about my weight last week, trying to decide how to proceed.) |

I started with Soylent and that product really is a chemical mess. If I could just buy the brown rice/pea protein and flaxseed without all the vitamin additives it would be ideal and I do look for better powders every six months. To your point however, it can absolutely be improved and I am always looking for better ideas.
