Don't focus in training, focus on eating less. Skip breakfeast, don't get a refill on your lunch plate.
Realize 1 burger is enough, you don't need the fries. Stop eating bread. And if you are hardcore, skip pasta,rice,potatoes (Carbohydrates). Easy weightloss |
