Customers and partners, the latter basically taking our ideas and selling them as a product - the flow of IP towards Amazon isn't always as clear-cut as people believe :-) Broadly though it is a pre-sales role to help people get started, followed by ongoing guidance as the customer iterates (this is the part which often turns into free support). |
