I would suggest coming up with a set plan for meals and eat the same thing every day for two out of three meals. For me, during the work week, I have a bowl of oatmeal (steel cut oats, nuts, and a banana) for breakfast, a salad with lots of veggies for lunch, and then dinner varies. Once you get this stable, you can try doing things like occasionally eating once a day (but eating a much larger, _healthy_ meal). I would absolutely not use a tank of pure oxygen. |
