Really interesting to see an alternative view from the prevailing narrative that it's all about the direct costs (housing, childcare etc). It seems to be such a multi-factor problem that I don't see any governments managing to come up with "solutions" to it, especially as most that are put forward are single factor and rarely amount to much more than fiddling around the edges. |
