I assume they will do 2x M1 Ultra. There are limited quantities of LPDDR5x with 64GB per package. That is 512GB for M1 Ultra, 1TB for 2x M1 Ultra. I think and assume they will continue to stick with LPDDR5 rather than standard DDR5 with DIMM slot. |
