I prefer Go to Python, PHP, Elixir, Rust, Swift, Lua, JS, TS etc.
Ease of deployment (I use embed so single binary no external assets)
No red/blue async functions pains
Decent tooling
Easy to read
Good balance of performance and ergonomics
Decent industry uptake |
