It's perfectly possible that Interfax is a reliable source of information about Ukraine, although it seems to be mostly based in Russia and mostly staffed by Russians, but we do need to remember that they are subject to the "15 years in prison for 'fake' news" law. So I'm taking this with a pinch of salt, or maybe a small handful, until more is known. |
