It depends heavily on the company and the specific team/org. Where I'm at, this behavior will more likely get the manager PIP'd for not being inclusive and fostering a healthy team dynamic. Manager wants to hire across time zones to hit their headcount? Go for it, but be they'd better be ready to make accommodations for doing so. |
