It was on fire (in flames) about 10 minutes ago (according to local news).

Says the NPP has some defenses from air attacks. So it may be war-proof after all.

I would be very surprised if it wasn't warproof. Soviets planned for it, they were preparing the entire population for it even in the satellite states.
