This is why it's best to really, really, get to know your co-founder(s) over a period of time. I'd say 3-6 months, minimum, for the discussion phase. Hang out with them in a social setting. Hire them to do some minor work for you. Do whatever you have to, to find out what they're REALLY like before you make it official. Now that you know it's a bad fit, figure out how to move on. |
