That was exactly my experience after posting an unrelated technical question on some MS forum. Wanted to delete my account immediately because I didn't want to deal with their botnet flagging accounts. Could not delete my account anymore without providing a telephone number. Their dead database entry then... I guess they flagged it because I didn't provide contact information in the first place. |
