I applaud to the intiative/idea, but it seems to me like it is "dangerous", given the current situation, I mean, by registering as a recruiter, seemingly anyone will be served with a database of Ukrainian people that fled and are looking for work.

The ID/Contact/Location data of these people could well be used to target them for whatever nefarious reasons.

Wouldn't it be safer if the recruiters just published their job offers?

I might be cynical but this seems like marketing for their company more than humanitarian effort.
