My wife booked us a river cruise on the Napo river for my birthday - one of the many tributaries of the Amazon river in Ecuador. The chef on the boat had the most amazing dishes every day / night for a week. I would believe he was a Michelin star chef by the amazing varieties of perfection that came out of the kitchen. |
