I know an Estonia company, remote Ukrainians of 4, all away now fighting for their country but they do their best to cover their workload and hope they can return soon. Obviously still paying their wages as long as its possible, an economical hit for the startup but that's the best they can do to help them fight the occupants. Estonian team working more to make it up and the moral is high since their Ukrainians remind them how much worse it can get. |
