Do you have formally documented processes for all things? Or is there a pseudo system where experienced folks know how to get things done? Like buying new services on Aws/gcp, new products, changes to products, payments, expenses, hiring, etc.

Curious to learn how this differs between scale-ups and larger corporates, also, how different is it for software/tech people in across industries. Thanks!
