I'm on a a (14" 2021) macbook pro with the apple M1 Pro cpu and 32gb ram.
I've tried both firefox and chrome. This would NOT be a viable desktop environment. The performance is WAY worse than anything I've used for the last 15 years.
And this includes shitty 10-yearold no-name laptops using gnome/compiz. |
