Also, they claim to have "1 million users", and yet only have 22 Twitter followers: https://twitter.com/SaveEcoBot

It smells of a misinformation campaign to me.

It appears to be an Ukrainian thing. That most likely explains no following in Twitter. It looks like it started as air pollution map/monitor but at some moment they added radiation map. It is in the menu options on Ukrainian version but obviously is not recorded by Archive. It appears first already in October 2021 but there is large cap between previous dump from August where it is not present.
