The ones I see are not the same specific patterns as yours but are automated. I listed in my linkedin that I am retired and then listed the hobby I would be working on. Now I am getting automated inquiries from companies related to that hobby. I am half tempted to change my listed hobbies to something silly to see what happens. I have no idea how to change the behavior of recruiters using automation in this manor. |
