very cool -- been wrestling with same in a few contexts:

* breeze is built on eleventy with serverless <div> elements for live feel and we've been exploring other ways to get static speed with dynamic base

* someone will build the next low-code platform that actually emits static / dynamic, mostly because all the low-coders are way too slow

* feels like lots more coming along these lines as climate change heats up and the environmental cloud costs come due
