My experience working with tape is that 100% of the time I fuck it up and it gets stuck to itself, stuck to the wrong other thing, and probably I even accidentally tape my fingers together. So how easily can this new tape that even sticks to intestines be removed?

Well they make stitches that dissolve, perhaps the adhesive brakes down over time? Just an idea
Stitches are both significantly harder to accidentally apply in the wrong place and can also just be snipped. I'm not asking how long it takes for the tape to dissolve. I'm asking about what happens if the doctor accidentally tapes the wrong parts of my insides together.
