You can turn some animations off, system pref > accessibility > display > reduce motion, and dock & menu bar, uncheck “animate opening applications” + “Minimize windows using” scale effect seems a touch faster than minimize with genie effect. But agreed, the interface is not as snappy as windows and Linux. |
