I do not find this advice correct. When we do not manage your anxiety, directing you to anger can put you in very bad situations.
I think I get what anger means here. I think the OP meant that you need to express your angry feelings that come from the frustration; just holding back will only make it worse. Don't think OP meant to be violent.
I think you have no idea what anger is. I hope you continue your life like this.
Anger is an emotion, it's a signal that your boundaries are violated and you need to assert your needs. It's not the same as violence.
