Patrick Collison has spent a lot of time trying to figure out how to create a culture dedicated to excellence and progress. He doesn't just want to build a great company and improve the world's GDP; he wants to find out what makes people innovate faster. There's a few people here saying it's brand marketing or propaganda, but I don't think it's either, because neither are ambitious enough. |
