Great write-up. I went this year's as well as the one in 2010. The quality of the speakers at each is amazing; in 2010, the speakers seemed more focused on telling a unique story rather than the straightforward where-we-were and where-we-are-now stories from this year. In particular, Kevin Hale's talk about WuFoo's customer support and James Lindenbaum's machete approach to product design. The year since may have burnished their memory and left me with overly high expectations for this one. |
