If it's a personal problem you have, then there is an amount of validation there.

The real question you are after is, "is this problem significant enough to others that they would pay enough for a solution that you can have a sustainable business?"

You have to talk to them to figure that out.

It's a problem I discovered in my previous role over a number of years. And the issue is there's no clear pain point, it's numerous, and it affects more than one party i.e brands, users and media.
