That was actually really fun. I wonder at what point it stops scaling.

My feeling is that as long as I get 4 + number of boards guesses I'll always be able to solve it but maybe I'm being overly optimistic.

I run octordle, and I think you're right. I went with boards + 5 which felt like the sweet spot. Presently the win rate is 55% which seems good.

Early on friends complained it was too hard. In my experience after a few games it gets pretty easy.

Perhaps the keyboard keys should be split horizontally, so each shows 8 colours. Being used to wordle and quordle I was a bit confused because it didn't look like one of the letters was in my word, but it was. 4,12,8,6,5,3,10,13
