Smoothie with the following: - half cup of thin rolled oatmeal (instant kind, it blends more easily)
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup frozen chopped spinach
- 1 banana
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder.
I generally wake up, put my kettle on for coffee, brush my teeth, then make a single cup of pour over coffee and then an hour or two later I get my smoothie when I get hungry around 12-1. |
